The group of companies «ROSTEK» operates since 1992. It was a time of change and the emergence of new economic relations, which required a new approach to management. We formed a team of like-minded companies that efficiently manages its capital, directing it to the various branches of business, profitability and return on investment that is maximal. Such a policy enables to respond to changes in the business climate in Russia at the most dynamic years of perestroika and the formation of the modern economy. Receiving income from its activities, the company reinvests it in various spheres of its activity, thereby increasing its development.
In the late 90s due to the increased competition and the economic situation in Russia individual fields of activity in the metropolitan area were made unprofitable, in these circumstances, the board of directors proposed to invest in the repair, renovation and construction of commercial real estate. Team of associate’s concept was worked out for this kind of activity, defined stages and analyzed the economic feasibility of projects.
In 2001 began the development of one of the first projects for reconstruction of an industrial building. Modern infrastructure was developed, including a cafeteria, a cafe, parking lot of 130 seats, contracts were signed for heat, water, electricity, round the clock security was organized as well as video surveillance and optical communication. Thus was established the Center for Business Cooperation «C» class, the total area was 7000 m2.
Positive experience of implementation and relevance of the object pointed to the need for further development of this business. In 2003, a team of professionals united under the banner of ROSTEK began developing the concept and at the end of the year began to implement the next development project — construction of a new business center of class B +.
Multifunctional Business Cooperation Center, class B + ROSTEK was successfully implemented in 2007. Using the latest technology, high-quality finishing materials, panoramic windows with views of the historic district Lefortovo efficiently planned office space allowed the center to take its rightful place in the modern architecture of the city. When you create the multifunctional business complex with a total area of 27.9 thousand square meters take into account the dynamics of the Lefortovo district, in particular the industrial zone. Business center has become one of the first objects of the future business district, a kind of point of reference of the new life of the famous metropolitan area.
