Corporate Group «ROSTEK» operates since 1992.

In 2001 began the development of one of the first projects for reconstruction of an industrial building. Modern infrastructure was developed, including a cafeteria, a cafe, parking lot of 130 seats, contracts were signed for heat, water, electricity, and round the clock security was organized as well as video surveillance and optical communication

In 2003, a team of professionals united under the banner of ROSTEK and began developing the concept, and at the end of the year the next development project began — a construction of a new business center of class B +. Multifunctional Business Cooperation Center, class B + ROSTEK was successfully implemented in 2005.
